Who can participate?

Newcomers to Canada who are either Permanent Residents, Convention Refugees, or Live-in Caregivers can participate in our Job Search workshops!

VocationLab is a free, comprehensive employment service for folks living with mental health issues, neurodivergence or disabilities—diagnosed or self-diagnosed, and who face multiple barriers to meaningful employment.

The Career Foundation is a results-oriented not-for-profit charitable organization (charity #122659048 RR 0001) that has been connecting job seekers to jobs since 1988.

We ensure that community members who are in need and face barriers to employment are provided with job search support, skills training, and resources to help them secure employment. We coordinate wraparound and life stabilization services with various community partners, and engage with employers to develop job opportunities and connect people to work.

Currently operating from seven locations across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, and delivering services virtually across Canada, we help thousands of people accomplish their employment goals each year.
