VocationLab is a free, comprehensive employment service for folks living with mental health issues, neurodivergence or disabilities—diagnosed or self-diagnosed, and who face multiple barriers to meaningful employment.

The Career Foundation is a results-oriented not-for-profit charitable organization (charity #122659048 RR 0001) that has been connecting job seekers to jobs since 1988.

We ensure that community members who are in need and face barriers to employment are provided with job search support, skills training, and resources to help them secure employment. We coordinate wraparound and life stabilization services with various community partners, and engage with employers to develop job opportunities and connect people to work.

Currently operating from seven locations across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, and delivering services virtually across Canada, we help thousands of people accomplish their employment goals each year.

Ivey Online brings the case-based learning approach of the Ivey Business School to professionals everywhere.

Designed for people looking to grow, pivot, or stand out in a competitive job market, Ivey Online offers short, self-paced courses in areas like analytics, accounting, financial analysis, strategy, operations, and AI for Business.

For a more immersive experience, five-week cohort programs bring participants together for live online sessions, case discussions, and applied projects focused on real business challenges.

Each course is developed by Ivey faculty and built around active decision-making. Courses are open enrolment and designed for immediate start, so you can begin building new skills right away. Upon completion, learners receive a certificate from Ivey Business School that can be added to a resume or LinkedIn profile to showcase new skills to employers.
