The Career Foundation is a results-oriented not-for-profit charitable organization (charity #122659048 RR 0001) that has been connecting job seekers to jobs since 1988.

We ensure that community members who are in need and face barriers to employment are provided with job search support, skills training, and resources to help them secure employment. We coordinate wraparound and life stabilization services with various community partners, and engage with employers to develop job opportunities and connect people to work.

Currently operating from seven locations across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, and delivering services virtually across Canada, we help thousands of people accomplish their employment goals each year.

Barrantes & Associates is a social services organization that provides supports and services to vulnerable individuals in the community as well as our group homes. We have several branches to our organization:

Barrantes Community Inc. - provides supports and services to individuals in our community in the way of respite, URS, clinical counselling and rehabilitation.

Barrantes Group Living Inc. - provides 24/7 supports and services to both youth and adults living in our group homes.
