The Career Foundation is a results-oriented not-for-profit charitable organization (charity #122659048 RR 0001) that has been connecting job seekers to jobs since 1988.

We ensure that community members who are in need and face barriers to employment are provided with job search support, skills training, and resources to help them secure employment. We coordinate wraparound and life stabilization services with various community partners, and engage with employers to develop job opportunities and connect people to work.

Currently operating from seven locations across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, and delivering services virtually across Canada, we help thousands of people accomplish their employment goals each year.

VocationLab is a free, comprehensive employment service for folks living with mental health issues, neurodivergence or disabilities—diagnosed or self-diagnosed, and who face multiple barriers to meaningful employment.

Founded in 1971, WITRON has become an international leader in automated storage logistics with more than 7,000 colleagues worldwide tending to the planning, realization, and maintenance of our highly automated systems. Our teams – far more than just mechanics, electrical technicians, or mechatronic engineers – act as professionals who are perfectly equipped with full power for finding the best solution to the specific needs of each of our customers.

World University Service of Canada (WUSC) is a Canadian non-profit organization dedicated to driving positive education and economic change for young people around the world, with a special focus on women and refugees. Through partnerships and community-driven initiatives, WUSC works to address the root causes of youth unemployment and displacement, striving to create a world where every young person thrives and belongs.

Our work is powered by a robust international volunteer program that connects skilled professionals with local organizations across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. Through 4- to 12-month placements, volunteers at all career stages collaborate on inclusive, market-relevant initiatives.
