GlassMasters Autoglass was founded in 2001, in Calgary, as an auto glass replacement and repair company. Twenty years later, the landscape has changed dramatically – our industry has evolved, the vehicles we work on have become more complex, and consumer behaviour has changed – and we have changed.  At our core, we are a culture of leaders and innovators. We set our bar. We develop insightful strategies rooted in the dynamic nature of consumer behaviour and technological advancement. We turn those insights and strategies into experiences customers ultimately engage with.

Our purpose is to keep customers safe by providing expert auto glass service that is affordable, fast, and friendly. We work hard and have fun doing it. We believe leadership is a behaviour, not a job title. We lead by example. We seek to be masters of our skills – patient teachers and committed learners of our craft.
